Why Should You Choose Affiliate Marketing?

For many of us, it is not enough to know that affiliate marketing is one of the top business models... we have to know why. Why do so many people choose affiliate marketing as their business model?

Perhaps it is because of the nos...

No Product Creation...

No Shipping or Delivery...

No Customer Service...

And those are some very good reasons to choose affiliate marketing, but that may only be part of the story. Are there more reasons to choose business model over another?

I have heard a lot of people say that it is the freedom that they get with this type of business that is missing in others.

You are free to:

Work any time that you want. You are finally free of the clock, because the Internet is "on" 24/7. If you are a night owl, like me, you might find yourself submitting articles at 3:00 a.m.

Work any where that you want. Literally, all you need to be able to do is access the internet, and these days, you can do that with your phone or iPad just as easily as you can with your computer. The choice is yours.

Promote only the products that you believe in. This one is really important to me. One thing about being in an MLM or other business, is that you are stuck promoting the line that their executives have put together. Now, you are the boss and the freedom to choose is yours.

Work as much as you want. Again, it is up to you...do you work 5 4-hour days or will it be 7 1-hour days? With affiliate marketing, you decide.

And as great as those ideas are, I chose Affiliate Marketing for an entirely different reason. (I always have to do things my own way.)

Affiliate Marketing is flexible. You can add text ads and banners to your blog, and with both you can earn commissions. Pick a product and write a series of email messages to upload to your auto-responder or blog. Choose a series of products and set up a sales funnel to direct visitors to a variety of things. These are all ways to use affiliate marketing; you are limited only by your imagination.

So whether you make your decision based on what you don't have to do, what you are free to do or for the flexibility that Affiliate Marketing offers, know that you are in good company. Many marketers, both new and experienced make a comfortable income with this type of business model.
